Invitation to Leo Club of Petaling Jaya Integrity’s Organ Donation Awareness Campaign

With reference to the matter above, the Leo Club of PJI would like to invite us to attend their Organ Donation Awareness Campaign

2. Details of the installation are as follow:

Date : 9^th and 10^th January 2010

Time : 10am-10pm

Venue : Walkway from Blue Atrium to Old Wing, LG1, Sunway Pyramid

3. Activities that will be conducted on both days are as follow:

a) Health Screening done by National Kidney Foundation for just RM2.

b) Registration as organ donor

c) Sales of National Kidney Foundation’s merchandise

d) Health exhibition

There will be an opening ceremony at 1.00pm on the 9^th January 2010. All proceeds from this campaign will be donated to Patient Dialysis Welfare Funds of National Kidney Foundation.
